Abstract
Assistant Professor Steven R. Morrison has filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court of North Dakota in Burdick et al. v. MKB Management Corp. et al., Case No. 20130259, on behalf of himself, the North Dakota Women's Network, and the North Dakota Council on Abused Women's Services. In this brief, the amici argue that the anti-abortion law now pending in the North Dakota Supreme Court is unconstitutional even under rational basis scrutiny.
