A retirement gathering was held April 8 in Rugby to recognize Judge John McClintock's 22 years of service to the citizens of Pierce & McHenry Counties, the Northeast Judicial District and the State of North Dakota.
Judge McClintock formally retires April 14.
Judge Donovan Foughty presented a letter from Presiding Judge Laurie Fontaine and a plaque from the Judges and Staff of the Northeast Judicial District and Unit 1.
Judge McClintock spoke to thank his family, friends, colleagues and staff for all their help and support during his judicial career.
The crowd was substantial and included judges from the NEJD and other districts, staff, attorneys and many well-wishers.
