Abstract
James Grijalva, Director of the Tribal Environmental Law Project and Lloyd & Ruth Friedman Professor of Law at the University of North Dakota School of Law, recently spoke with Knowledge@Wharton on Sirius XM about the implications of the legal cases surrounding the Dakota Access Pipeline.
In addition to the Knowledge@Wharton interview, Professor Grijalva recently was featured on The Takeaway on WNYC Public Radio after the Obama Administration stepped in to temporarily block construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline.
