Description

Cartoon depicts a member of the North Dakota PTA kicking a man, "Federal Aid to Education," out of the school house as "JFK" watches. At the North Dakota state PTA convention in Minot, North Dakota, the PTA voted against federal aid to schools. The PTA also refused to support the United Nations. North Dakota became the second state to reverse a previous stand favoring federal aid.
