Description
Cartoon depicts John F. Kennedy trying to get Uncle Sam to notice the clouds with the words "Berlin Again, And Again, And Again, And Again." Instead Uncle Sam is worried about Cuba, which is in flames. Following news that the Soviet Union was supplying Cuba with military equipment and technology, President John F. Kennedy warned Cuba and the Soviet Union that if the build-up could be used for aggression against its neighbors then the United States would act. Previously though, Kennedy announced that the United States had obligations all around the world, especially in West Berlin.
