Description
This letter, dated March 22, 1956, from United States (US) Representative Usher Burdick to Three Affiliated Tribes Tribal Chairperson Martin Cross explains why Burdick supports $200 per capita payments at this time. Burdick informs Cross that Burdick's bill, US House Resolution 9324 (H. R. 9324), will probably go through.
