Abstract
This document is the Year End Report for 1983 prepared by the Department of Human Services. The report focuses on the services provided to individuals in state schools to help them achieve self-sufficiency. The report is structured as follows: it begins with an overview, followed by updates on paragraphs two through ten, a summary of the status of goals for the Developmental Disabilities Division, and concludes with projections for placements from Grafton through 1985.
