Abstract
This document, dated January 6, 1984, is the first quarterly report from the Developmental Disabilities Division of the North Dakota Department of Human Services. It discusses activities throughout 1983, focusing on their plan to implement a "train-the-trainers" system for staff development. Following this introductory section, the report is organized by region, detailing progress made in each area and identifying those trainers who have been trained. At that time, there were only three regions—Williston, Dickinson, and Devils Lake—where a trainer had not yet been appointed.
