Abstract
This document, dated September 4, 1987, serves as a notice of non-compliance directed at the state due to inadequate placements for case members. The inappropriateness of these placements stemmed from a court order dated April 14, 1986.
Out of 301 placements, 36 were deemed inappropriate, while 71 were considered appropriate only if their needs were adequately addressed. The findings are categorized into basic care and more advanced care facilities. The conclusion is that non-compliance has been confirmed, and the state must take action to rectify the situation.
