This panel will investigate the psychological, historical, and cultural results of living in the so-called “information age.” The panel will begin with a brief presentation from Professor of Psychology, Rick Ferraro, who will focus on the cognitive effects of information overload. The session will continue with Associate Professor of History, Cari Campbell, who will explore the problem of exhaustion historically, focusing on its gendered nature. The remaining minutes of the panel will be reserved for audience Q&A
