In this Grand Challenges Information Symposium Panel from Wednesday, March 21, 2018, as part of the 49th Annual UND Writers Conference: “Truth & Lies,” Bill Caraher, Eric Burin, David Haeselin, and Stephanie Walker participate in a panel. The panelists explore the potential for significantly transforming academic publishing through the use of technology and through significant changes in academic attitudes toward open access publishing, collaborative and cooperative approaches, and through responsible care of existing resources within the academic publishing ecosystem. The panel features participants representing North Dakota Quarterly, The Digital Press at the University of North Dakota and the Chester Fritz Library.
