Artist Bio

Ingrid S. Aubol was raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Her mother was a trained artist who taught her printmaking and sewing skills from a young age, and her father was an amateur woodworker.

Aubol’s art usually draws from a variety of art styles and mediums, often including paper she has handmade. Her works also commonly draws from her past life experiences, such as early marriages and divorces, and her struggle with the loss of two young children.
