Abstract
How sensory processing develops in early childhood and how it influences emotional regulation and participation in daily activities. Highlighting that all children respond to sensory input differently, which can affect their behavior, anxiety levels, and ability to engage in play, routines, and school. The paper also emphasizes how occupational therapy supports children by adapting environments and promoting self-regulation skills rather than trying to change the child.
