Abstract
Anxiety is a very common mental health disorder that many individuals struggle with every day. Cognitive behavioral therapy is structured to make individuals aware of their thinking and behavioral patterns and how they can take control. This paper explores how effective cognitive behavioral therapy is on each type of the most common anxiety disorders.
