Abstract

Evidentiary document NO 3092, "Circular on persons of German origin who do not apply for registration as racial Germans, signed by Himmler," from the Nuremberg War Crimes Trials. The document dates from February 1942 and was signed by Schutzstaffel (SS) leader Heinrich Himmler. The letter orders SS personnel to report any person of German descent who does not register as a "racial German."
