Abstract
CPT Jacqueline Sieber, a graduate of the Advanced Public Health Nurse program in the Department of Nursing, received the Award of Excellence for the Reserve component. She is currently stationed in Fort McCoy, WI, serving as operational support for the Army Reserves Medically Not-Ready (MNR) mission. "She has planned and executed strategic initiatives and is viewed as the subject matter expert for the case management of the MNR mission. In addition to providing case management to hundreds of soldiers, Jacqueline has acted as a consultant to the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve.
