Abstract
Dean Kathryn Rand recently participated in a conference at Stanford Law School. Titled Contemporary Issues in Indian Law , the conference was organized by the Stanford Native American Law Student Association. Dean Rand spoke as part of a panel on Tribal Gaming and Tribal-State Compacting. Her presentation, with Dr. Steven Andrew Light, UND's Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and Interim Dean of the College of Nursing and Professional Disciplines, was titled, "Tribal Gaming Issues in the 21st Century."
