Abstract
Jeanne McLean has been hired as an administrative law judge at the Office of Administrative Hearings in Bismarck.
She was most recently a staff attorney for the Devils Lake Regional Child Support Enforcement Unit.
McLean has experience as the state's attorney for Bottineau County and for Rolette County. She also has served as an Assistant Dean of Students at the University of North Dakota School of Law and staff attorney for the North Dakota Department of Transportation.
McLean was the Citizen Access Coordinator for the initial setup of the North Dakota Supreme Court's program to assist self-represented litigants.
McLean earned her bachelor's degree in education from the University of North Dakota and her juris doctorate from the University of North Dakota School of Law. She is originally from Devils Lake.
