Abstract
Pamela Nesvig has been appointed as a judicial referee for the South Central Judicial District. She began her referee duties on Oct. 5, replacing previous referee John Grinsteiner, who is now on the bench as a district court judge.
Nesvig’s family and friends joined judges and court staff for a robing ceremony at the Burleigh County courthouse on Oct. 12 where Judge Cynthia Feland presented Nesvig with her robe.
Nesvig worked most recently as the senior assistant state’s attorney in the Burleigh County State’s Attorney’s office. Prior to working for the state’s attorney, Nesvig worked for the Regional Child Support Enforcement Unit in Bismarck and Pearson, Christensen, Cahill, & Clapp, PLLP in Grand Forks.
Nesvig is a 2005 graduate of the UND School of Law.
