Abstract
Associate Professor of Law Margaret Moore Jackson was quoted in a recent front page Grand Forks Herald article examining the legal rights of tenants and their options for pursing housing discrimination complaints. Professor Jackson teaches Housing Discrimination Law and serves as President of the Board of Directors for High Plains Fair Housing Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating housing discrimination in the region through education, training, and enforcement.
