Abstract
Professor James Grijalva presented in a Webinar on the Essentials of Environmental Regulation in Indian Country on May 28, 2015. The Webinar was sponsored by the American Bar Association’s Section on Environment, Energy, and Resources, the Young Lawyers Division, the Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division, the Government and Public Sector Lawyers Division, the Section of Public Utility, Communications and Transportation Law, the Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice, Section of State and Local Government Law, and the ABA Center for Professional Development. The Webinar focused on the ability of Indian tribes to implement and participate in federal implementation of federal environmental laws and programs in Indian country, particularly as applied to air and water pollution.
