Description
This letter dated May 27, 1950, from United States (US) Senator William Langer to Executive Director of North Dakota Indian Affairs Commission John B. Hart marks the receipt of Hart’s correspondence which Langer was “delighted to receive.” The letter states Langer was glad to help Hart with the purchase of land outside of the exterior boundaries of the Fort Berthold Reservation and he wishes there was more he could do. The letter concludes with Langer offering future help to Hart and wishing Hart well. The letter is marked with the handwritten annotation "Fort Berthold Indian Reservation."
