Description
This letter, dated March 2, 1953, from United States (US) Senator William Langer to Fort Berthold Agency Superintendent R. W. Quinn, refers to a letter Langer has received from Charles Black Bear of Cannon Ball, North Dakota.
In this letter, Langer quotes the relevant portion of the letter he has received from Black Bear, in which Black Bear explains that he has money coming and asks to have it forwarded to him in Cannon Ball.
