Abstract
Oral history interview with Arnold Postovit of the 7th Infantry, U.S. Army, during the Second World War. He was captured by the German Army in Italy in February 1944. He was imprisoned at Stalag 2B in Germany, although he spent much of his time working at a local farm. Postovit marched over 600 miles west across Germany before he was liberated by the U.S. Army in April 1945.
A native of Plaza, North Dakota, Arnold E. Postovit was born on August 20, 1921.
