Artist Bio
Dennis Adams was born in 1948 in Des Moines, IA. He is best known for his photography, museum installations, and most notably his urban interventions. His work combines architecture and the use of public space while addressing the issues of social exclusion and political issues. Dennis Adams has work in the permanent collections of the Modern Museum of Art, the Walker Art Center, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and many others around the world.
