Abstract
SEAL!ND brings dental screenings, fluoride varnish, dental sealants, education, and referrals directly into schools, removing transportation and cost barriers that often limit access to care. In 2024–25, 21% of students served were American Indian, compared with 5.7% of North Dakota’s population. Across four years of data, American Indian students show measurable progress in oral health, even as inequities remain.
