Abstract
Over the past decade, the North Dakota Health & Human Services Oral Health Program (OHP) has completed more than 23,000 student visits through SEAL!ND, a statewide school-based sealant program that brings preventive dental care directly into schools. In 2024–25, SEAL!ND reached 69 schools across North Dakota, providing dental screenings, sealants, fluoride varnish applications, oral health education, and referrals to students who might otherwise lack access to care.
