Description
Two young women in numbered jerseys carry a decorative representation of a bathtub across the old gym floor at Central High School. The small float has a floral style covering (commonly tissue paper pressed into chicken wire) and the words "DRAIN AWAY WAVES" on the side. The phrase is likely a reference to the East Grand Forks High School sports "Green Wave" moniker. In the back ground, bleachers are filled with young people, including band members holding instruments. Two rubber tires are suspended by rope above the front row which were used as football targets and for other throwing games.
