    Description

The fair ground's stone gateway, built by the Works Progress Administration (WPA) in the late 1930s. It reads 'Fair Week June 26 - July 2" and two large spot lights are positioned above it. Through the left arch is the fair's exhibits building. Through the smaller right arch is the large two-story structure of the Forx Roller Rink, with a sign over the front reading "Dancing. Roller skating." Two Coca-Cola signs hang on either side of the entryway. A vehicle, likely a 1959 Chevrolet Impala with a plow attached to the front, is parked in front of the roller rink. The area is covered with snow, but roads and paths have been cleared.
