From James Carley's notes: Redware bowl 7 1/2" dia. With conspicous ribbing on inside. Evidently fired upside down on a four proged stilt. Purchased Hay's Mill Antiques. Topton NC. She bought it from a Vermon woman she knew. It came from the husband's family and supposed to have been purchased in Bennington.
