Description
This letter, dated April 23, 1956, from Maggie Grinnell of Raub, North Dakota to United States (US) Representative Usher Burdick appears to be part of a letter-writing campaign in support of US Senate Bill 2151 (S. 2151) and per capita payments. The letter says that tribal members need funds to repair homes and to put in gardens. About half a dozen similar letters were in Burdick's files.
