Description
This letter, dated April 18, 1956, from United States (US) Representative Usher Burdick to Three Affiliated Tribes Tribal Chairman Martin Cross responds to Cross's telegram of April 17 informing Burdick that the Tribal Council has established a small loan enterprise for tribal members who cannot quality for loans elsewhere. Burdick thanks Cross for this information and requests the names of any individuals who receive loans under this new enterprise.
