Description

Performers dressed as Native Americans in the Pageant of the Northwest. Margaret Libby Barr is identified as second from the right with raised arm. The Pageant of the Northwest was written by eighteen students under the supervision of Orin G. Libby and Fredrick Koch. The pageant employed several students and a few Native American extras to portray the four successive stages of the exploration of the Northwest.
