View of the Davis Hall Parlor fireplace with a framed portrait of Hannah E. Davis, who had been the preceptress/matron for all the women students from 1892 to 1896, hanging above. To the left of the fireplace is a leather chair, a table, a lamp, and fireplace equipment. To the right of the fireplace is a red willow basket, a table with a glass candelabra and a leather chair. In front of the fireplace is an area rug covering the wood floors. Chair molding runs along the wall with a set of double wood doors to the left. Ladies Hall was built in 1887 and renamed for Davis in 1900.
