Abstract
This document, dated July 2, 1989, is a brief supporting the motion for Judge Van Sickle to recuse himself, as brought forward by the defendants. The brief argues for Van Sickle's recusal or, at the very least, requests an evidentiary hearing regarding their belief that he is biased in favor of the plaintiffs.
