Abstract
This document, dated July 19, 1989, responds to an order to show cause regarding the court monitor. The plaintiffs argue that the court monitor should continue his work, stating that there is too much reliance on accreditation that does not necessarily indicate good service. Attached is a minutes document from the Citizens Advisory Committee at Grafton, which also supports the continuation of the court monitor's work.
