Artist Bio
E.F. Higgins III grew up near Chicago and is currently based out of New York. Higgins studied art at Western Michigan University and then moved on to the University of Colorado where he received his MFA in 1976. Growing up, Higgins was interested in carving rubber erasers into stamps and had a stamp collection. He is best known for his publication company, Doo Da Postage Works as well as his postcards, posters, and many commercial artworks.
