They also respond to audience questions about their craft, revision processes, their opinion of contemporary fiction, strong and weak characters, how they developed confidence in their writing, developing characters and narratives, prewriting, when they started writing Westerns, their early writing careers, research and observation, and the changes in ranching in the United States.
