Abstract
Text of speech delivered by George Sinner at the UND Winter Commencement on December 20, 1970. Sinner was a North Dakota state senator from 1962 to 1966 and was later elected governor of North Dakota in 1984. He entitled his remarks: "There's a New World Coming."
