UND President Charles Kupchella offers President Bill Clinton a gift of Chippers (chocolate covered potato chips from Widman's Candy Shop in Grand Forks) on November 30th, 2000. Senator Byron Dorgan and Representative Earl Pomeroy were also in attendance. The visit was in honor of the Fighting Sioux's seventh NCAA championship in 2000.
