Artist Bio
Beth Dorsey is a contemporary printmaker whose work explores the relationship between structure, chance, and experimentation. She draws inspiration from domestic and industrial materials, including woven textiles, window blinds, architectural facades, and corrugated surfaces. Through layers of images, marks, and colors, Dorsey creates abstract compositions that balance deliberate design with unexpected results. Her printmaking process embraces irregularities and unplanned variations, allowing each work to develop through experimentation and discovery.
