Jim Dow is an acclaimed American documentary photographer best known for his large-format, panoramic images of cultural landscapes and vernacular architecture. Dow is originally from Boston, Massachusetts. He earned his BFA and MFA at the Rhode Island School of Design. Dow's work captures the passage of time in everyday scenes like ballparks, bars, diners, and signs across North America.
