Dane Shue is a Contemporary Pop Artist working out of Dallas, TX. He makes vibrant paintings and mixed media artworks using gestural painting and printmaking techniques. His work evokes nostalgia. Shue's work is influenced by notable pop artists Andy Warhol and Robert Rauschenberg.

A collaged portrait of artist Keith Haring It includes articles and magazine clippings about the artist and his work.

Keith Haring was an incredibly influential American artist who worked in pop art inspired and developed from the graffiti culture in New York City. His bright colors and simple figures with thick outlines are instantly recognizable.

Much of Haring's work alluded to social justice issues of the time including the AIDs crisis. Haring tragically died from complications related to AIDs at the age of 31. He was honored with a retrospective of his work at The Whitney in New York City in 1997 after his death.
