Artist Bio
The Luftgau-Kommando VI was a branch of the Luftwaffe that operated from October 12th, 1937 until April 2nd, 1945. In 1937, The Luftwaffe was organized into separate Luftgaue, or air districts, that held dominion over different military districts. Within these districts, the Luftgau were responsible for maintaining the stability, including administration, maintenance, recruitment, training, air defense, personnel, and signals. This Luftgau-Kommando was established in Münster, Germany.
The Gefreiter is an established German military rank that has existed since the 16th century. It is denoted as the second rank an enlisted soldier, airman, and sailor can be promoted too.
