Vanessa Baladad is a visual artist from Augusta, Georgia who currently resides in Duluth, Georgia. She received her BFA in Painting and Drawing from Augusta State University. While she enjoys working in various mediums, such as printmaking and stenciling, her primary focus is on watercolor art. Baladad draws inspiration for her art from various East Asian cultures and often incorporates humor and pop culture references in her work. She has had her work featured in various local exhibitions and was featured in Splash 14, an annual publication showcasing watercolor artists from around the world.
