Artist Bio

William Bukowski received his BFA from the University of Minnesota-Mankato in 1976 and his MFA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 1979. Immediately after, he taught for a year at Thiel College in Greenville, Pennsylvania, until 1980, then accepted a position at Bethany Lutheran College, where he worked until 2020. He is now retired but continues to create art. Bukowski has a wide variety of art styles, including paintings, lithographs, watercolors, and etchings.
