Gary Nuptial, a native of St. Thomas, North Dakota, received his BFA and MFA degrees in visual arts from UND. Thereafter, he was an employee at his alma mata for over twenty-five years as a staff member in the Art Department and as a lecturer.
Additional Information
Nuptial's satirical and witty screen print parodies a well-known colloquial phrase, perhaps illustrating how a lack of familiarity with cattle farming might lead to thinking of cows only in terms of beef steaks in your home.
