Robin Gibson earned her BFA in Printmaking from the University of New Hampshire-Durham and her MFA from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Gibson is currently an Associate Professor of Art of Penn State University. She specializes in multiple print media and works on paper.

Gibson often creates zoomed in, stylized landscapes that are intended to only be recognizable as a rendering of a real place when accompanied by their titles.
