Artist Statement:
My piece called Oil Rigs focuses on the oil aspect of this oil and water exhibition. The five oil rigs receding in size across the print are supposed to show the enormous amount of oil rigs that are being used at work every single day in the State of North Dakota, and how huge of an oil boom we currently have at hand.
