After many years of absence, I returned to western North Dakota in 2012 and was struck by how the vast expanses of my memories had been carved up by oil wells, fences and scoria roads. My most recent works are meditations on my experiences, memories, and the intimacy of expansive space. Included in the 2023 exhibition, Beyond the Horizon.
